La gran comparsa de la Federación Departamental de Instituciones Provinciales de Ayacucho - FEDIPA estará presente este sábado 16 de Enero en el Palacio de Gobierno a las dos de la tarde en el Gran Lanzamiento del Carnaval Ayacuchano "El carnaval más largo del mundo", y estará encabezado por la comparsa de la Federación Fajardina en su calidad de PENTACAMPEÓN del Carnaval Vencedores de Ayacucho, declarado "Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación".
En este lanzamiento estará el señor Presidente de la República Dr. Alan García Pérez, el señor Presidente del Gobierno Regional de Ayacucho Ing. Ernesto Molina Chávez y el Presidente de la FEDIPA señor Percy Guillén Castro.
Estarám presentes las once federaciones provinciales: La Mar, Huanta, Huamanga, Cangallo, Sucre, Huancasancos, Vilcashuaman, Lucanas, Parinacochas, Paucar del Sara Sara y, por supuesto, Fajardo encabezado por su presidente el Ing. Victor Hugo Vargas Galindo.
El carnaval ayacuchano en el territorio patrio comienza en el primer domingo del mes de febrero, desarrollándose en todo este mes en Ayacucho, Lima o cualquier punto donde existan ayacuchanos, en sus respectivas comunidades o instituciones representativas. Las comparsas compiten entre sí en su primera fase a nivel de comunidades y distritos, luego se ingresa a la fase provincial y luego a la gran final.
En la región Ayacucho, la gran final del carnaval ayacuchano se desarrolla en el miércoles de ceniza en Huamanga (17 de febrero del 2010) en la Plaza de Armas de la capital donde se despliega el carnaval urbano y el carnaval campesino en todo su explendor. En cada una de las provincias se realizan los concursos de carnavales que son una verdadera eclosión social.
En Lima también ocurre este fenómeno durante todo el mes de febrero, las federaciones provinciales organizan los concursos durante todo el mes de marzo y se llega a la gran final de finales en el XXIII Carnaval VENCEDORES DE AYACUCHO que se realizará el 28 de marzo del 2010 en la Plaza de Acho.
En conclusión:
1. El carnaval ayacuchano es "Patrimonio Cultural de la Nación"
2. Es el carnaval más largo del mundo pues tiene una duración de 8 semanas (febrero y marzo).
3. Tiene dos grandes picos: a) El miércoles de ceniza del 17 de febrero en la Plaza Principal de la capital de la región y b) el 28 de marzo, la final del Carnaval Vencedores de Ayacucho en la Plaza de Acho.
Por estos motivos, te invitamos a gozar de estos carnavales típicos, con la música más alegre del carnaval ayacuchano en sus distintos estilos. Puedes disfrutarlos tanto en Ayacucho como en Lima, la capital del Perú.
